FPS Food Processing
Systems BV is an autonomous, independently financed
holding company, which is a member of the non-listed
Thyssen Bornemisza Groep.
The companies currently part of FPS are active in
the field of processing, sorting, packaging and
selling natural products such as eggs, chicks, vegetables,
fruit and flowers. The capital goods manufactured
are highly sophisticated and sold worldwide are
highly technologically advanced and globally exported.
In consultation with the parent company, which exclusively
operates as a financial investor, a decision has
been made to pursue a strategy of accelerated growth
through acquisitions.
Accordingly, we are looking for companies that will
not necessarily generate direct synergy with the
current groups, but are similar. Our search is not
limited to the area of food processing machines,
but extends to all companies that meet the following
criteria:

degree of complexity; |

high added value; |
|

mainly operating in niche markets. |
The place of business is preferably Western Europe
or U.S.A., while volume should exceed € 10 million.
